Casetta di Maliàn is a penthouse of a beautiful villa with pool in the heart of the lower Salento. With a terrace, air conditioning, barbecue, the holiday home consists of an entrance, living room with kitchenette, bedroom with bathroom and it can accommodate up to 4 people. Animals are allowed.
The villa in which the penthouse is located is embellished by a magnificent pool with solarium built with a local brick such as pietra leccesse and carparo. The villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, a land of 5000 square meters with different equipped angles arranged for relaxing moments in the shades and games for children that make the holiday even more enjoyable for everybody.
Thecasetta di Miliàn is reachable through an external staircase leadingto a largeterrace overlooking the poolpartly covered by a useful roof that provides freshness for outdoorlunches and dinners and also provides using the barbecuefor excellent grills, available for all guests. The interioris small but well organized. It consists of a living room with diningroom, an open kitchen, sofa bed and one double bedroom with a privatebathroom with shower.

Casetta di Maliàn is the ideal location to spend a relaxing vacation in the company of the very courteous owners of the property. The nearest sea is only a few minutes drive from the villa. It`s located in Torrepaduli, a fraction of Ruffano, famous for its big San Rocco- and music festival that is held in August. The nearest beaches are those of Torre San Giovanni, about 18 kilometers far, but also the opposite coast is near such as Castro, Marina Serra and Tricase, that are only17 kilometers away.
